Dasheng's HDD sleeve Fiberglass Reinforced Sleeve is applying for Horizontal Drilling Direction Pipe, for river and street crossing pipe service. It consists of a 3-layer system: Non-solvent 2-component primer, adhesive layer with high peeling and lap shear strength, and fiberglass reinforced cross-linked polyethylene layer.

The electrofusion sleeve for thermal insulation pipeline is a kind of connecting pipe made of HDPE sheet embedded with special electric heating mesh by heat sealing. Because it can form a molten material flow between the electrofusion sleeve and the pipe HDPE jacket when it is electrically connected, molecules can penetrate and diffuse each other, so it can form a solid combination after cooling. Therefore, the electrofusion sleeve has good sealing performance, firm connection position, high tensile strength, can bear large shear force and strong environmental adaptability, and can be used as a traction pipe, which is mainly used for thermal pipelines.

Dasheng Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (PAS) consists of a radiation cross-linked modified polyethylene backing, coated with a specially formulated, pressure sensitive, butyl rubber mastic. PAS tape is viscous when in cold condition. It has excellent sealing properties and is easy to install. It provides excellent resistance to cathodic disbondment resulting in effective, long-term corrosion protection.
No primer or special preparation of the steel surface is needed. The application method is easy even in difficult field conditions. PAS can be widely used for pipeline repair and corrosion protection of new pipelines.
The viscosity tape is constructed by coating. Its unique cold flow characteristics and excellent anti-corrosion sealing can effectively isolate harmful substances (such as water, oxygen, corrosive bacteria and corrosive chemicals) in the environment around the pipeline, preventing corrosion and extending the service life of the pipeline. The viscosity tape can significantly reduce production costs by reducing pipeline maintenance costs.

Dasheng's WT series wrapping tape consist of a radiation cross-linked heat shrinkable backing, coated on the inside with a heat activated adhesive. While the modified polyethylene material of the backing offers superior mechanical protection, the specially formulated adhesive offers excellent corrosion protection under demanding conditions. Used in conjunction with the proprietary epoxy primer, the 3 layer system is the choice of discerning clients who need long term corrosion protection. The system is suitable for most of the common pipeline coatings like PE, FBE etc.

TS series Tubular Sleeves have an irradiated polyolefin backing, coated with a mastic or hot melt adhesive on the inside. Being a single piece, it is easier to install as compared to the wraparound design and offers higher integrity of protection. The adhesive coated sleeves can be used with or without primer, depending on the application. Mastic coated sleeves are suitable for lower pipeline operating temperatures.

The Repair Patch consists of an irradiated cross-linked polyolefin backing with a heat activated adhesive layer. The patch is specifically designed for sealing damages caused to the pipe coating during transportation, handling and laying. In combination with filler mastic or melt stick and epoxy primer most minor damages and cracks can be repaired effectively. It is compatible with most of the common pipeline coatings and suitable for operating temperatures up to 60°C.

Dasheng's water proof cap, made of irradiated crosslinked polyethylene back coated with hot melt adhesive, is specially designed for thermal insulation pipe in order to shield water into thermal insulation layer. This kind of heat shrinkable encapsulate cap is widely used in raw oil or water pipe in the field and shows excellent performance of water shield and low moisture permeability in storage and transportation.
